Robert Sherwood President

Mr. Sherwood is a semi-retired Silicon Valley technology executive.  He has authored 14 books, hosted his own radio program, taught at KU, MU and Stanford graduate schools of business, earned MBA and MS degrees, received an honorary Doctorate, founded 2 Silicon Valley technology companies and directed businesses in South Africa, Europe, and the Middle East. He was president of a venture capital firm capitalized by Ewing Kaufmann, owner of the Kansas City Royals.  Mr. Sherwood was a senior board member to 30 companies, was profiled in Fortune and Business Week, was a winner of the 1995 Entrepreneur of the Year award and has presented seminars on Leadership and Technology to more than 3000 executives. He has been engaged as an expert witness by Google, Facebook, Yahoo! and other prominent companies on Internet-related litigation.

W. Ryan Walker Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Walker is an accomplished computer systems architect. He has more than 18 years of experience in the full life-cycle of the software design process, including research & development, requirements definition, prototyping, proof of concept, design, implementation, testing, scaling, and maintenance. He has expertise in analysis and design of various software languages and is skilled at progressing from problem statement to well-documented design. He has been engaged by Fortune 100 companies to design, deploy and host complex business and consumer-facing products. Mr. Walker has a BS in Computer Science from the University of Kansas.

Kelley Judd  Chief Investment Office

Kelley Judd has more than 40 years of sales, management and customer service experience. He has worked as a money market and international finance broker, venture capital consultant and financial consultant in companies ranging from Prebon Money Brokers in Los Angeles to Smith Barney in Beverly Hills. Mr. Judd was Assistant Vice President Investments for Gruntal & Associates, Beverly Hills, CA, and in 2002, he became Head Trader for Elite International Fund, a $100 million off-shore hedge fund trading in commodities, futures and options. He later served as VP/Director of Sales for Southwest Networks in Palm Springs, CA. His responsibilities included marketing, promotion, sales and customer service while specializing in consulting and network design and maintenance.  Judd attended the University of Kansas.

Dylene Cymraes Chief Research Analyst 

Dylene is a novelist, professional writer, and editor. She has published four novels, two nonfiction books, edited and contributed to more than 50 screenplays, and is published in the American Journal of Poetry. She is currently completing a BFA in Creative and Professional Writing and serves as Editor-in-Chief for the literary magazine Metafore.

Dr. Randy Shepard Co-founder/advisor

Dr. Shepard is a nationally-known management consultant, trainer and speaker. His clients have included such prominent organizations as Wal-Mart, AT&T, Sprint, Delta Dental, and The U.S. Department of Agriculture. Randy regularly conducts personal and corporate growth seminars to equip people with the practical tools on such subjects as leadership, teamwork, conflict resolution, and employee motivation. Throughout his years as a trainer and lecturer, Randy has also had the privilege of ministering to nearly 600 churches throughout the country. In 1994, Randy started a church in the Kansas City area where he was the pastor for five years. Today, it continues to be one of the fastest growing churches in the state. Randy is the father of three adult children and five grandchildren. He resides in the Kansas City metro area.


Mike Hellings Advisor

He served as a Content Producer for Uclick Andrews McMeel Universal, where he was responsible for Uclick’s mobile video content technology strategy, video wall design-build and content creation, mobile multimedia content creation and channel management. He has produced a video for trade shows, product promotion, internal corporate videos and embedded game videos, product demos, video screen captures and motion animation. Mr. Hellings was a Senior Quality Assurance Video Engineer for Roonetworks; and Research and Development Engineer for iBeam Broadcasting, an industry leader in streaming video services. where he developed, implemented and maintained automated software testing infrastructures and played a key role in the setup of a partnership-streaming Media Company in Hong Kong. He worked with iBeam’s Network Operation Center during the live national broadcast and live webcast of the Drew Carrey Show. He produces his own Youtube help videos, which command more than 300,000 views. Mr. Hellings is also a licensed drone pilot and has been building wireless remote aerial video devices since the 1990s, from blimps and planes to drones.
