Robert Sherwood President
Mr. Sherwood is a semi-retired Silicon Valley technology executive. He has authored 14 books, hosted his own radio program, taught at KU, MU and Stanford graduate schools of business, earned MBA and MS degrees, received an honorary Doctorate, founded 2 Silicon Valley technology companies and directed businesses in South Africa, Europe, and the Middle East. He was president of a venture capital firm capitalized by Ewing Kaufmann, owner of the Kansas City Royals. Mr. Sherwood was a senior board member to 30 companies, was profiled in Fortune and Business Week, was a winner of the 1995 Entrepreneur of the Year award and has presented seminars on Leadership and Technology to more than 3000 executives. He has been engaged as an expert witness by Google, Facebook, Yahoo! and other prominent companies on Internet-related litigation.

Mr. Walker is an accomplished computer systems architect. He has more than 18 years of experience in the full life-cycle of software design, including research; development, requirements definition, prototyping, proof of concept, design, implementation, testing, scaling, and maintenance. He has expertise in analysis and design of various software languages and is skilled at progressing from problem statement to well-documented design. He has been engaged by Fortune 100 companies to design, deploy and host complex business and consumer-facing products. Mr. Walker has a BS in Computer Science from the University of Kansas.
Kelley Judd Director Counselor Liaison
Kelley Judd has more than 40 years of sales, management and customer service experience. He has worked as a money market and international finance broker, venture capital consultant and financial consultant in companies ranging from Prebon Money Brokers in Los Angeles to Smith Barney in Beverly Hills. He later served as VP/Director of Sales for Southwest Networks in Palm Springs, CA. His responsibilities included marketing, promotion, sales and customer service. Judd attended the University of Kansas.

Dylene is a novelist, professional writer, and editor. She has published four novels, two nonfiction books, edited and contributed to more than 50 screenplays, and is published in the American Journal of Poetry. She is currently completing a BFA in Creative and Professional Writing and serves as Editor-in-Chief for the literary magazine Metafore.

He served as a Content Producer for Uclick Andrews McMeel Universal, where he was responsible for Uclick’s mobile video content technology strategy, video wall design-build and content creation, mobile multimedia content creation and channel management. Ted served as a commissioned officer in the United States Army for twenty-two years. His final active duty assignment was as the Chief, Strategic Studies at the Army’s Command and General Staff College. Ted founded Grace Strategic Services, Inc. in December 1997. The company’s services reflect Ted’s passions for strategic management, strategic leader development, and employee engagement. Ted’s leader development programs focus on the character of a leader and how leaders create motivating environments in which people choose to be excellent.Ted and his wife, Deni, are empty-nesters. Their three adult children are happily married and together have blessed Ted and Deni with six grandchildren. Ted was recently awarded a a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership.
