Our story

We are a team of multi-disciplined professionals with a combined experience of more than 250 years in hiring, training, firing, and promoting hundreds of people.

We were frustrated with the current personality assessment tools available to HRM and believed that, with dedication, we could construct a better solution. That is our mission. More specifically, we wished to unlock the keys to predictive analytics of the company’s most important off-balance sheet asset – its people.
